The staff at Plans.co.nz have personally overseen the day to day construction of over 150 residential properties in areas including Manawatu, Horowhenua, Thames and the greater Auckland area.  They are familiar with the tendering and pricing of these jobs and recently Plans.co.nz has entered the commercial sector of this business and been involved in some large retail shop fitouts.

Communication is always the key to good project management and in getting the best from tradespeople to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.  Risk management is important and is minimised with a good Occupational Health and Safety policy, and Certificate of Public Use where members of the public have access to the building.

Budgetary constraints are always important and the Staff monitor these with excel software in realtime.

Effective communication with both client and contractor is essential to ensure targets are meet and work delivered on time and in a workmanlike manner.
