Brief
Our first meeting is always free. We want to find out how and what you are expecting so that we can deliver on your requirements and fulfil those expectations. We will explain the design process, show you what it is that we do and illustrate the options that are available to you.

Sketch
We are looking to create designs that transfer your dreams and desires onto paper. This phase is critical and forms the framework for your project that reflects the aspirations you about your surroundings and the way you live in them.

Design
Here we take our sketchs andyour thoughts and combine them with land and local District Planning regulations to form the working drawings from which your project will emerge. Detailed drawings are constructed which conform with the NZ Standards and the Building Code to create an environment that suits your personal needs.

Documentation
Specifications and scheduling take place, producer statements are issued and all relevant documentation pertaining to the construction and costing of your project is written. Resource consents are worked through and we lodge you building consent with the relevant authorities.

Construction
plans.co.nz can assist you in the pricing or tendering process for you project. We also have committed relationships with experienced project managers who can oversee your building project from start to completion
